His leadership has earned him the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of Bangladesh award, as well as several other recognitions over time.

He spent his early childhood in Bangladesh before moving to the UK, where he completed his studies at Shiplake College in Oxfordshire. This private boarding school is known for its strong support of students and their personal development. In 2007, he graduated from American Intercontinental University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, concentrating in International Business.

He is respected for his clear leadership in guiding business strategies that help achieve targets and strengthen performance. Inspired by him, contributions have been made to reduce tuition for bright students at Bashundhara Ad-Din Medical College and to make childbirth more affordable for expectant mothers.
